    Main point of contact for all market research needs for clients accessing transition services in the Greater Toronto and Southwestern Ontario geographies. Role included workshop facilitation on effective market research techniques and strategies for clients with both job search and entrepreneurial objectives. Provided individual executive client consultation and fulfillment of market research needs.

    • Designed a market research workshop, Market Research for Right Venture, focussed on supporting those clients with an entrepreneurial focus on effective market research strategies in light of starting a business.

    • Initiated and launched a Quarterly Talent Bank designed to effectively profile clients, by industry and expertise, to the Greater Toronto Area hiring marketplace. Initiative profiled over 200 candidates, on a quarterly basis, and was well received by over 350 key hiring contacts and search firms in the market.

    • Interviewed, and participated in final selection process for, 3 additional Job Resource Consultants across Canada. Planned and delivered individualized, week-long training sessions for each new hire.

    • Managed 3 annual on-site career fairs involving up to 15 hiring organizations and search firms and including the participation of an average of 125 clients per event. Preparation for each event also included the facilitation of multiple career fair preparation workshops, in advance, for all registered clients.

    • Facilitates monthly Market Connection team building sessions – client teams designed to independently support one another in their searches both during and following their time in the Right Management program. Session supports clients in the areas of team development and team management in support of their transition.

    • Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert for a portion of Right's website rebuild. Led an interdisciplinary team of 5, located across North America, collaborating on new client-focussed content creation. Nominated to be the sole Canadian representative at the Corporate North American website rebuild meeting.
